Get to Know Kris

Hi! I’m Kristyana or Kris for short. I work at a global tech startup where I focus on recruiting passive talent. Prior, I worked at a fast paced high volume recruiting agency where I interviewed multiple candidates a day and applied and placed them in full time positions at companies in Tech, Venture Capital, Finance and Real Estate in the San Francisco Bay Area.

 

In my spare time, I enjoy following along with tech and venture trends and being the professional hype woman to people all over the country. I’ve helped hire hundreds of people for roles ranging from Executive Assistant to Senior Director of Global Sales Development and everything in between. Cheering people on as they find a job they love is the best part of mine. I am a firm believer that people can enjoy what they do AND get paid their worth (and not a cent less but definitely plus tax).

That is not too much to ask for. 

 

When I’m not doing all things recruiting, I’m exploring Denver with my Siberian Husky Misha or traveling to a new city. I love reading (currently reading The Nightingale) & enjoy a good Netflix binge (currently watching Dawson’s Creek).
